The Unexplained Fatigue Panel analyzes conditions and symptoms associated with chronic fatigue. These include:

  • Persistent fatigue
  • Weakness
  • Lack of energy, which can be linked to metabolic and endocrine disorders

The panel also evaluates autoimmune conditions that may present with symptoms such as:

  • Joint pain
  • Muscle pain
  • General fatigue, including autoimmune thyroid diseases like Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and other conditions like lupus and rheumatoid arthritis

By detecting antinuclear antibodies and thyroid-specific antibodies (TPO and anti-thyroglobulin), this panel helps to identify underlying autoimmune disorders and thyroid dysfunction that may contribute to unexplained fatigue.
