Medical Billing Specialist

Medical Supply Store located in Brooklyn NY (Sheepshead Bay) looking for DME Medical Billing Specialist 

Part-time and full-time positions are available (must speak English & Russian) 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Working knowledge of billing software (EPACES, Clearing House, Integra) 
• Patient insurance eligibility and payments verification and collections. 
• Follow patient billing cycle (Medicaid, Medicare, MLTC contracts and Vendors) 
• Reconcile claim denials, resolving billing conflicts. 
• Work closely with physician offices, patients, and healthcare professionals to obtain necessary billing documentation.
• Communicate effectively with various insurance companies to facilitate order processing and claims management.
