· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

· Examines pertinent information to determine accuracy of customer requests and related paperwork
· Report complaints concerning service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated department manager for investigation
· Follows up on recommended adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction
· Keys information into computer to obtain records.
· Records and reports monthly to management, the number of customer calls made and reason for calling on a daily log sheet
· Communicate via outgoing and incoming calls with Doctors’ Offices regarding the orders placed and shipment information and respond to inquiries of kit order placement and tracking
· Receive and fill fax orders for supplies from Doctors’ Offices
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
· Understands, supports, and complies with all company policies, processes and procedures, including the Compliance Program and the Code of Conduct

· Education: High School Diploma. Knowledge of laboratory/medical industry preferred
Payrate: $16 hourly
